My husband loves Chicken Cordon Blue. He loves casseroles and i I decided to make a casserole with his favorite flavors. He loved it!

Ingredients

  • 2 box
    chicken rice a roni, prepared according to directions
  • 1
    whole cooked chicken (sam's club)
  • 8 oz
    ham strips
  • 8 oz
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 can(s)
    milk
  • 1 tube(s)
    ritz crackers, crushed
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare the Rice A Roni according to directions
  2. Layer prepared rice in a 9' x 13' baking dish
  3. Debone chicken and place shredded chicken on top of rice
  4. Place ham on top of chicken
  5. Add cheese next
  6. Mix soup, sour cream and milk and pour over cheese
  7. Final step, crush crackers and mix with 6 tbsp. of melted butter and spread on top of casserole.
  8. Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
