Ingredients

  • 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 6 - bacon
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans monterey jack cheese
  • 16 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

How To Make chicken and bacon casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook and Crumble bacon
  • Step 2
    Cut up chicken in pieces and cook in the bacon drippings, and add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3
    Cook pasta according to packaging
  • Step 4
    Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 5
    Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Step 6
    Drain pasta, return to pot.
  • Step 7
    Add chicken, both cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of Monterrey Jack cheese. Stir to mix well. Pour into prepared baking pan.
  • Step 8
    Top with crumbled bacon and remaining Monterrey Jack cheese.
  • Step 9
    Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, just until cheese is melted and beginning to brown on top.
