Ingredients

4 large
boneless skinless chicken breast
6
bacon
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 can(s)
monterey jack cheese
16 oz
pasta of choice
1 Tbsp
garlic powder

How to Make Chicken and Bacon Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook and Crumble bacon
  • 2Cut up chicken in pieces and cook in the bacon drippings, and add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3Cook pasta according to packaging
  • 4Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 5Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • 6Drain pasta, return to pot.
  • 7Add chicken, both cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of Monterrey Jack cheese. Stir to mix well. Pour into prepared baking pan.
  • 8Top with crumbled bacon and remaining Monterrey Jack cheese.
  • 9Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, just until cheese is melted and beginning to brown on top.
