Ingredients
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast
- 6 - bacon
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans monterey jack cheese
- 16 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
How To Make chicken and bacon casserole

Step 1Cook and Crumble bacon

Step 2Cut up chicken in pieces and cook in the bacon drippings, and add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Cook pasta according to packaging

Step 4Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 5Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 6Drain pasta, return to pot.

Step 7Add chicken, both cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of Monterrey Jack cheese. Stir to mix well. Pour into prepared baking pan.

Step 8Top with crumbled bacon and remaining Monterrey Jack cheese.

Step 9Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, just until cheese is melted and beginning to brown on top.
