  • 4 large
    boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 6
    bacon
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can(s)
    monterey jack cheese
  • 16 oz
    pasta of choice
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Chicken and Bacon Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook and Crumble bacon
  2. Cut up chicken in pieces and cook in the bacon drippings, and add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook pasta according to packaging
  4. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  6. Drain pasta, return to pot.
  7. Add chicken, both cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of Monterrey Jack cheese. Stir to mix well. Pour into prepared baking pan.
  8. Top with crumbled bacon and remaining Monterrey Jack cheese.
  9. Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, just until cheese is melted and beginning to brown on top.
