Ingredients
- half cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 can green beans
- 1 large smoked sausage
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- paprika
How To Make cheesy scalloped potato cassarole

Step 1Combine mayo, flour,salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Stir until thick and then add cheese: stir until melted.

Step 2Place potatoes, green beans and sliced, fried sausage in a 10"x 6" dish.

Step 3Pour sauce over and sprinkle with parmesian cheese, then the paprika.

Step 4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1and a half hours.
