Ingredients
- 16 ounces pkg. noodles cooked and drained
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 16 ounces can tomato sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
How To Make cheeseburger noodle casserole

Step 1Brown beef. Remove from pan with slotted spoon. Add some oil if there isn't enough grease from the meat. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook 1 min. Pour in wine and let cook until reduced by half. Add meat back into pan and add all the other ingredients except the shredded cheddar and swiss.

Step 2Pour into a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minute. Top with cheeses and place back into oven until cheese is melted.
