1Brown beef. Remove from pan with slotted spoon. Add some oil if there isn't enough grease from the meat. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook 1 min. Pour in wine and let cook until reduced by half. Add meat back into pan and add all the other ingredients except the shredded cheddar and swiss.
2Pour into a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minute. Top with cheeses and place back into oven until cheese is melted.
