  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3/4 c
    onions, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c
    mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    biscuit mix
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Cheeseburger Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Generously grease rectangular baking 13x9x2 pan.
  3. Cook ground beef and onion in skillet over medium heat stirring occasionally until beef is brown.
  4. Drain and add soup, vegetables and milk.Set aside.
  5. Stir Bisquick and water in baking dish until moistened evenly.
  6. Spread beef mixture over the batter. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
