Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound smoked sausage sliced
- 1/2 cup shallots diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces dry pasta your choice
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheese sausage and pasta

Step 1Add oil to large skillet. Add shallots and cook 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add sausage and cook 2 minutes. Deglaze with wine and let almost all evaporate. Add broth, tomatoes, milk, pasta and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer until pasta is cooked. Remove from heat and add cheese, basil and parsley. Serve
