    cream cheese
  • 1 stick
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 3 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 lb
    raw peeled shrimp
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails
  • ·
    grated cheese

How to Make Cajun Casserole


  1. Melt cream cheese and butter in a casserole dish.
  2. Saute vegetables until tender; saute shrimp with vegetables for a few minutes. Add to casserole dish.
  3. Mix soup, spices, crawfish tails, crabmeat, and rice. Pour over other stuff in dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
