Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 - chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound raw peeled shrimp
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- - grated cheese
How To Make cajun casserole

Step 1Melt cream cheese and butter in a casserole dish.

Step 2Saute vegetables until tender; saute shrimp with vegetables for a few minutes. Add to casserole dish.

Step 3Mix soup, spices, crawfish tails, crabmeat, and rice. Pour over other stuff in dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
