cabbage roll casserole
Tastes just like Cabbage Rolls except you don't have to spend all the time rolling them up. I always add a bag of sauerkraut (drained) to mine.

Ingredients
- 1 Qt can tomato juice
- 1 med - cabbage head
- 3 lbs - ground beef
- 1lb - sausage
- 1 lg - onion
- 1cup - minute rice
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tsp - salt
- 1 tsp - pepper
- 1 tsp - garlic powder
- 1 lg - green bell pepper, diced
How To Make cabbage roll casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients except cabbage & tomato sauce.

Step 2Cut cabbage into bite size pieces. Put a layer in bottom of large pan and then layer meat mixture. Keep doing this till you use up all the cabbage and meat mixture .Keep a Layer cabbage for the top.

Step 3Pour tomato juice over top of cabbage. Cover and cook on medium heat 2 1/2 hrs to 3 hrs. Until meat is done.
