Live in Canada have lots of good cooks from Europe living here. I searched for a really good easy cabbage recipe this is it, has a tang to it. Every one ends up asking for the recipe.

Ingredients
- - 1 lb ground beef and 1 lb of ground pork
- - 3 cloves of garlic (i use more)
- - 2 chopped onions
- - 3/4 cup of rice (not cooked)
- - 1 can of 28 oz tomato sause
- - 1/2 cup of cider vinegar
- - 3 tb brown sugar
- - 1 tb worchester sause
- - 1/2 tb salt/ & 1/4 tb pepper
- - dash of tobassco(i like it hot)
- - 8 cups of chopped/shredded cabbage
How To Make cabbage roll casserole

Step 1saute onions and garlic, cook beef and pork until brown mix in rice set aside

Step 2mix in bowl, tomato sauce, cider vinegar, br sugar, worchestter sauce, salt, pepper and tobassco sauce

Step 3layer 1/3 chopped cabbage on bottom of pan, layer 1/2 meat mixture, drizzle with sauce repeat end with cabbage cover and bake 350% for 2 hours
