Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 bag frozen breaded shrimp, thawed
- 3/4 cup creamy wing sauce
- 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 can heavy cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 banana pepper, sliced
- 6 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Corn Flake crumbs
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
How To Make buffalo shrimp casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 13x9" baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled blue cheese.

Step 3Place thawed breaded shrimp into a medium bowl. Add wing sauce and Old Bay seasoning; stir well.

Step 4In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, soup, and cream cheese; whisk together until blended. Add sliced banana peppers, hash brown potatoes, and shrimp mixture; mix well until combined.

Step 5Spoon into a prepared baking dish and sprinkle with cheeses. In a small bowl, stir together Corn Flake crumbs, melted margarine, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on the casserole evenly.

Step 6Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
