If you can't get enough Buffalo shrimp, try this casserole recipe I created.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 bag frozen breaded shrimp, thawed
  • 3/4 cup creamy wing sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 banana pepper, sliced
  • 6 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Corn Flake crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

How To Make buffalo shrimp casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Coat a 13x9" baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled blue cheese.
  • Step 3
    Place thawed breaded shrimp into a medium bowl. Add wing sauce and Old Bay seasoning; stir well.
  • Step 4
    In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, soup, and cream cheese; whisk together until blended. Add sliced banana peppers, hash brown potatoes, and shrimp mixture; mix well until combined.
  • Step 5
    Spoon into a prepared baking dish and sprinkle with cheeses. In a small bowl, stir together Corn Flake crumbs, melted margarine, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on the casserole evenly.
  • Step 6
    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
