Going through some more of my sister's receipes I found this one which I hope you all enjoy.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
salad oil
1 lb
ground beef
1 slice
onion
1 can(s)
10 1/2 oz. tomato soup
1 can(s)
(soup can) full of water
4 Tbsp
rice
4 c
chopped cabbage

BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE

salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Fry beef and onion.Add soup, water, rice and salt and pepper.Bring to boil.
2Put cabbage in a 3 quart casserole dish. Spoon beef mixture over cabbage.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350.
