Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 slice onion
- 1 can 10 1/2 oz. tomato soup
- 1 can (soup can) full of water
- 4 tablespoons rice
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make beef and cabbage casserole

Step 1Fry beef and onion.Add soup, water, rice and salt and pepper.Bring to boil.

Step 2Put cabbage in a 3 quart casserole dish. Spoon beef mixture over cabbage. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350.
