beef and cabbage casserole

Going through some more of my sister's receipes I found this one which I hope you all enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 slice onion
  • 1 can 10 1/2 oz. tomato soup
  • 1 can (soup can) full of water
  • 4 tablespoons rice
  • 4 cups chopped cabbage
  • BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make beef and cabbage casserole

  • Step 1
    Fry beef and onion.Add soup, water, rice and salt and pepper.Bring to boil.
  • Step 2
    Put cabbage in a 3 quart casserole dish. Spoon beef mixture over cabbage. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350.
