I had gotten this recipe from a morning show maybe 25/30 years ago. I couldn't find it and finally came across it in the pages of a book, I guess I was using it as a book mark LOL

- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- 3 ounces strained beef baby food
- 1/4 cup dry minced onion
- 1/4 cup water
- - hot dog buns
How To Make white castles

Step 1mix dried minced onion with water and set aside.

Step 2mix meat, broth and baby food, shape, poke holes in burgers.

Step 3cut ends off of hot dog buns and cut buns in half, set aside.

Step 4place burgers in heated pan and cook , flip and place 1 tbs of onion on each burger and cook a little bit longer. when done place on buns and enjoy.
