I had gotten this recipe from a morning show maybe 25/30 years ago. I couldn't find it and finally came across it in the pages of a book, I guess I was using it as a book mark LOL

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 2/3 cup beef broth
  • 3 ounces strained beef baby food
  • 1/4 cup dry minced onion
  • 1/4 cup water
  • - hot dog buns

How To Make white castles

  • Step 1
    mix dried minced onion with water and set aside.
  • Step 2
    mix meat, broth and baby food, shape, poke holes in burgers.
  • Step 3
    cut ends off of hot dog buns and cut buns in half, set aside.
  • Step 4
    place burgers in heated pan and cook , flip and place 1 tbs of onion on each burger and cook a little bit longer. when done place on buns and enjoy.
