    vegetable oil

    onion, chopped

    green pepper, chopped

    cooked brown rice
  • 2 can
    (15 oz.) pinto beans
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 3/4 c
    hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 4 to 6
    whole grain buns

    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and green pepper; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
