I just recently started eating turkey burgers (Fall of 2013) because I was convinced turkey could not be as good as beef. Now, I am addicted to them!

Ingredients

  • YOU'LL NEED
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped
  • 1/4 - green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • - seasoning salt
  • - italian seasoning

How To Make turkey burgers!!

  • Step 1
    Chop the onions and green pepper into small pieces. Add to ground turkey in a shallow bowl. Add oats. Mix together.
  • Step 2
    Add soy sauce, italian seasoning, and seasoning salt to your preference (I didn't measure).
  • Step 3
    Form into patties. Place onto hot skillet and cook to your preference.
