I just recently started eating turkey burgers (Fall of 2013) because I was convinced turkey could not be as good as beef. Now, I am addicted to them!

Ingredients
- YOU'LL NEED
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1/4 - green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- - seasoning salt
- - italian seasoning
How To Make turkey burgers!!

Step 1Chop the onions and green pepper into small pieces. Add to ground turkey in a shallow bowl. Add oats. Mix together.

Step 2Add soy sauce, italian seasoning, and seasoning salt to your preference (I didn't measure).

Step 3Form into patties. Place onto hot skillet and cook to your preference.
