2Halve and remove seeds in the peaches and nectarines. Place them on the hot grill with the habanero until they get decent grill/char markings, remove and let cool down. While they are cooling dice up half of the onion, half of the cilantro, 1/4 of the bell pepper, dice the peaches and nectarines, mince the habanero, mix it all together, add half a lime juiced, salt and sugar to taste. Reserve mixture in a cool area.
3Heat a pan and cook bacon, while bacon is cooking add beef and pork to a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper, mix them together (do not over mix), shape patties (1/2 pound each) and reserve in refrigerator. Set bacon aside.
4Place patties on hot grill and cook to your desired temp. Add bacon and cheese. Add buns to brown
5Construct burger: bun, mixed greens, burger patty, and top it with the habanero stone fruit salsa...... Commence to eating :-) enjoy!
