Halve and remove seeds in the peaches and nectarines. Place them on the hot grill with the habanero until they get decent grill/char markings, remove and let cool down. While they are cooling dice up half of the onion, half of the cilantro, 1/4 of the bell pepper, dice the peaches and nectarines, mince the habanero, mix it all together, add half a lime juiced, salt and sugar to taste. Reserve mixture in a cool area.
