How to Make Mushroom-Swiss Burgers
- 1Cut mushrooms into very tiny pieces. (I use a food processor)
- 2Mix beef, egg, mushrooms, onion powder, parsley, and Parmesan well.
- 3Form into 4 equal patties. Grill or fry until done.
- 4Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese and serve on a bun. You can Add mayonnaise, mustard and other garnishes if desired.
