  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1(4 oz.) can(s)
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 4 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 4
    hamburger buns

How to Make Mushroom-Swiss Burgers


  1. Cut mushrooms into very tiny pieces. (I use a food processor)
  2. Mix beef, egg, mushrooms, onion powder, parsley, and Parmesan well.
  3. Form into 4 equal patties. Grill or fry until done.
  4. Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese and serve on a bun. You can Add mayonnaise, mustard and other garnishes if desired.
