1 lbground beef
1 (4 oz.) can(s)mushrooms
1 tsponion powder
4 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
2 tspparsley flakes
4 sliceswiss cheese
How to Make Mushroom-Swiss Burgers
- Cut mushrooms into very tiny pieces. (I use a food processor)
- Mix beef, egg, mushrooms, onion powder, parsley, and Parmesan well.
- Form into 4 equal patties. Grill or fry until done.
- Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese and serve on a bun. You can Add mayonnaise, mustard and other garnishes if desired.
