Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1(4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 4 - hamburger buns
How To Make mushroom-swiss burgers

Step 1Cut mushrooms into very tiny pieces. (I use a food processor)

Step 2Mix beef, egg, mushrooms, onion powder, parsley, and Parmesan well.

Step 3Form into 4 equal patties. Grill or fry until done.

Step 4Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese and serve on a bun. You can Add mayonnaise, mustard and other garnishes if desired.
