The name and recipe came from my journey in the military. I wanted to incorporate flavors that are amazing and everyone in my family loves by using different techniques and textures.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds turkey ground
- 3 pounds lamb ground
- 3 pounds pork lamb
- 1 1/4 tablespoons rosemary dried
- 1 1/4 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 1/4 tablespoons marjoram, dried
- 1 medium white onions chopped
- 3 pinches salt and pepper
- ABOVE FOR PATTY
- 1 medium red cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium savoy cabbage
- 3 cups flour
- ABOVE FOR FRIED CABBAGE
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 medium cucumber
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dill, dried
- ABOVE FOR SAUCE
- 1 1/2 medium red onions slice
- 1 large cucumber slice
- 3 medium tomato slice
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese slices
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1 package pretzel bread
How To Make gypsy burger pretzel bread

Step 1In a bowl add the ground turkey, pork, lamb and add rosemary, garlic powder, marjoram, white onions chopped and salt and pepper to taste. Make patties 6 oz each.

Step 2Shred the cabbage and make a flour wash with water and flour. Cover the cabbage with the was and fry patties size cabbage.

Step 3In a blender add the cream cheese, sour cream, dill, cucumber, olive oil, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Cover lightly with olive oil the vegetables and add feta cheese to the salad.

Step 5Grill the inside of the pretzel bread.

Step 6Put everything together. From top to bottom pretzel, sauce, fry cabbage, salad with feta cheese, patty and mozzarella cheese and bread. ENjoy.
