- 20 ounces bison, ground
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons feiny's original bbq rub
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 large hamburger buns
- 8 slices corned beef
- 4 ounces cole slaw (make the way you like)
- 2 ounces russian dressing
- 4 slices swiss cheese
How To Make feiny's bison bacon reuben burger

Step 1In a medium size bowl combine 4 slices of bacon small diced with bison, egg, panko, and rub. mix until fully combined and split in two. Make two patties. and cook to desired temp and melt cheese. cook remainder pieces of bacon. toast buns.

Step 2saute corned beef until cooked to liking. mix cole slaw.

Step 3To assemble. Place bottom bun on plate,,,, then Burger then bacon then corned beef then slaw and add dressing to top bun. ENJOY>
