  • 20 oz
    bison, ground
  • 8 slice
  • 1 large
  • 2 Tbsp
    feiny's original bbq rub
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 2 large
    hamburger buns
  • 8 slice
    corned beef
  • 4 oz
    cole slaw (make the way you like)
  • 2 oz
    russian dressing
  • 4 slice
    swiss cheese

How to Make Feiny's Bison Bacon Reuben Burger


  1. In a medium size bowl combine 4 slices of bacon small diced with bison, egg, panko, and rub. mix until fully combined and split in two. Make two patties. and cook to desired temp and melt cheese. cook remainder pieces of bacon.
    toast buns.
  2. saute corned beef until cooked to liking.
    mix cole slaw.
  3. To assemble. Place bottom bun on plate,,,,
    then Burger
    then bacon
    then corned beef
    then slaw and add dressing to top bun.
