Ingredients
- 1 pound venison burger or ground beef
- 1/4 cup jack daniels bourbon
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup jack daniels bourbon
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make bourbon mushroom and onion venison burger

Step 1Mix the burger with the next six ingredients. Shape into patties, Set the patties in the refrigerator while making the mushrooms and onions.

Step 2Mix the bourbon and Worcestershire sauce together and set aside.

Step 3Add butter to large saucepan. Saute the mushrooms and onions over med heat until caramelized. About 7 minutes. Pour the bourbon mixture over top and cook until evaporated.

Step 4Remove the mushrooms and onions with slotted spoon and keep warm. If using venison you may need to add more butter to pan. Fry the burgers in same pan. Top with the onions and mushrooms to serve.
