This is a casserole I have made for a long time and I have always had rave revues on it. So I thought I would post it in case someone else would like to have a easy casserole dish to feed their family. Hope you enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

8 ounces pkg. egg noodles
1 large chopped onions
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck or boston burger
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
1 cup cottage cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make zelda's company casserole

Step 1

Cook noodles according to package directions. Brown together the meat, onions, peppers ,and seasonings. Add the cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and tomato sauce. Simmer this for 1/2 hour. Alternate layers of noodles and meat mixture in baking dish and dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
