How To Make yummy pot roast
-
Step 1Salt and pepper the meat, then dredge the meat in flour. Brown the meat in olive oil to seal in the flavor. The flour also helps to make a gravy out of the juices.
-
Step 2Place the meat in a crock pot that is set on high.
-
Step 3Add all ingredients except the carrots and mushrooms and and bring to a simmer, reduce the heat to low and cook for 4-5 hours. In the last hour add the mushrooms and carrots.
-
Step 4I like to serve it with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable.
