Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make white castle pie

Step 1Preheat oven 350º

Step 2Brown the hamburger with about half of the onion soup mix; drain the fat and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 3Stir in the remaining soup mix and half of the cheese and put the meat in a greased 9-10 inch pie plate. Top with remaining cheese.

Step 4Whisk the eggs, mayonnaise and a dash of pepper well; pour evenly over the meat.

Step 5Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
