Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- - flour
- 2 to 3 pounds chuck roast, cubed
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 large onions, diced
- 3 large carrot, sliced
- 1 pound frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cans diced tomato's (28oz.)
- 2 cans beef broth (32 oz.)
- 7 large dashes hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped bazil
- 4 - bay leaves
- 1/4 cup parsley flakes
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Flour & Brown Meat in the Olive Oil.

Step 3Cover & simmer 2 to 3 hours or until all ingredients are tender
