This was my mothers favorite winter recipe. it always was a family favorite.

olive oil
2 to 3 lb
chuck roast, cubed
4 medium
potatoes, cubed
2 large
onions, diced
3 large
carrot, sliced
1 lb
frozen mixed vegetables
4 stalk(s)
celery, chopped
2 can(s)
diced tomato's (28oz.)
2 can(s)
beef broth (32 oz.)
7 large
dashes hot sauce
4 Tbsp
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
chopped bazil
bay leaves
1/4 c
parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Vegetable Beef Soup


  • 1Flour & Brown Meat in the Olive Oil.
  • 2Add all remaining ingredients
  • 3Cover & simmer 2 to 3 hours or until all ingredients are tender
