1 lbpasta of choice
1 citalian seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
1 lbveal cutlets, pounded thin
2 cmarinara sauce
1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How to Make Veal Parmesan
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook pasta.
- In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip veal into flour, than egg water mixture, then into bread crumb mixture. In a large skillet, brown veal thoroughly on both sides in oil. Drain on paper towels.
- Place on sheet pan. Top with marinara sauces and Mozzarella Cheese. Place in oven till cheese is melted.
- Place pasta on plate and top with marinara. Place veal on top.
