Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta of choice
- 1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound veal cutlets, pounded thin
- 1 cup flour
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- - vegetable oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make veal parmesan

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Cook pasta.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip veal into flour, than egg water mixture, then into bread crumb mixture. In a large skillet, brown veal thoroughly on both sides in oil. Drain on paper towels.

Step 4Place on sheet pan. Top with marinara sauces and Mozzarella Cheese. Place in oven till cheese is melted.

Step 5Place pasta on plate and top with marinara. Place veal on top.
