tortilla skillet dinner
This is a quick and very easy meal! I have made this recipe with Corn Tortillas, but we like it with the Flour Tortillas better. I have also substituted Rotel for the Chunky Salsa and its just as good!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1-3oz package cream cheese
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup chunky salsa (your choice, mild, med or hot)
- 6 - small to medium flour tortillas
- - shredded fiesta blend cheese
- - chopped green onions (optional)
- - sour cream (optional)
- - guacamole (optional)
How To Make tortilla skillet dinner

Step 1Brown ground beef with pepper, chili powder and season salt. Drain off all fat. Return browned meat to pan.

Step 2Add, Cream Cheese, Taco Seasoning and Chunky Salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3Cut Flour tortillas into strips and then into 1/2" to 3/4" pieces. Add cut up Tortillas to Beef mixture. Cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.

Step 4Sprinkle Shredded Cheese on top and Cover and let set just to let the cheese melt.

Step 5When serving, top with any garnishment you like, Sour Cream, Chopped Green Onions, Guacamole.
