1 largethick cut sirloin steak
1 tspgood olive oil
3 Tbspdark roast coffee, medium ground
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspbrown sugar
1 pinchcayenne pepper
·fresh ground sea salt & pepper
How to Make Thick Cut Sirloin with Cowboy Coffee Rub
- Brush your steak with the olive oil
- Mix all your rub ingredients;thoroughlly rub your steak with the rub, store refrigerated in a zip lock bag 2-24 hours.
- Remove from the fridge, let stand at room temperature at least 30 mns.
- Prepare coals to medium high to high heat. Cover and cook over direct heat 8 minutes per side for medium rare.
