How to Make Thick Cut Sirloin with Cowboy Coffee Rub
1Brush your steak with the olive oil
2Mix all your rub ingredients;thoroughlly rub your steak with the rub, store refrigerated in a zip lock bag 2-24 hours.
3Remove from the fridge, let stand at room temperature at least 30 mns.
4Prepare coals to medium high to high heat. Cover and cook over direct heat 8 minutes per side for medium rare.
