Ingredients
- 1 large thick cut sirloin steak
- 1 teaspoon good olive oil
- - rub
- 3 tablespoons dark roast coffee, medium ground
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- - fresh ground sea salt & pepper

Step 1Brush your steak with the olive oil

Step 2Mix all your rub ingredients;thoroughlly rub your steak with the rub, store refrigerated in a zip lock bag 2-24 hours.

Step 3Remove from the fridge, let stand at room temperature at least 30 mns.

Step 4Prepare coals to medium high to high heat. Cover and cook over direct heat 8 minutes per side for medium rare.
