As legends go: A White Sox and a Cubs fan were at a bar debating baseball’s greats. The discussion, not surprisingly, turned contentious. The bartender, a peaceful man, decided to intervene by ordering each fan a special cheeseburger. After all, he knew it’d be hard to yell with a mouth full of cheeseburger. The burger was so stacked with delicious fixings, the room went silent as they ate. Hence from that day on that style burger became known as The Chicago, and is still being served in Chicago.
