instant minute rice

chili pepper

How to Make Texas Hash

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place onions and green peppers in oil and fry until partial soften. Add ground beef and cook, stiring until brown.
  • 2Drain off fat. Add the other ingredients and stir well. [The dish may be stored in the refrigerator overnight at this point, and baked the next day.]
  • 3Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
