~ Tender Korean Style Beef ~

Cassie *

One tasty way to prepare sirloin steak...it can be served on a nice crusty roll, eaten alone as a side, which is how I served it, or over rice. Delicious!

I made this to send with hubby as individual dinners as my photos show...mainly when I make it, we have it as a sandwich.

How to Make ~ Tender Korean Style Beef ~

  1. Prepare vegetables.
  2. Trim meat of fat and slice against the grain into strips.
  3. In a large zip lock bag, place the meat and add all of the other ingredient...squish the bag around, so as to evenly distribute ingredients with the meat.
  4. Place in refrigerator and marinate at least 6 hours, overnight preferably.
  5. Place 3 - 4 tablespoons oil in wok and get good and hot.

Place strips of meat and vegetables into hot oil and stir fry, until meat is cooked though. ( should stir fry in batches. ) Won't take long as strips are thin. Don't overcook.
  6. This meat can either be served in a sandwich or over rice.

I served mine with a side of rice and vegetable.
