    olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 pkg
    pioneer brown gravy mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    dales or moores liquid seasoning

How to Make Tammy's Beef Tips

Step-by-Step

  1. Add meat, veggies, Dales or Moores and oil to a large frying pan or wok. Cook over med. heat until veggies are soft.

While this is cooking, bring the water to a boil and add the gravy mix. Set aside.

After meat mixture is through, transfer to a baking dish with a lid. Pour gravy over mixture and place in a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake for about 45 mins. to an hour.

Serve over rice. (I use instant rice....easier and fluffs up prettier)
