Tammy's Beef Tips
1/4 to 1/2 lbper person, beef or venison stew meat, cubed and fat removed
1 largeyellow onion, peeled and jullienned
1 largegreen bell pepper, seeded and julliened
1 Tbspolive or vegetable oil
2 1/2 cwater
2 pkgpioneer brown gravy mix
1 Tbspdales or moores liquid seasoning
How to Make Tammy's Beef Tips
- Add meat, veggies, Dales or Moores and oil to a large frying pan or wok. Cook over med. heat until veggies are soft.
While this is cooking, bring the water to a boil and add the gravy mix. Set aside.
After meat mixture is through, transfer to a baking dish with a lid. Pour gravy over mixture and place in a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake for about 45 mins. to an hour.
Serve over rice. (I use instant rice....easier and fluffs up prettier)
