2 1/2 cprepared corn bread
2 pkgtaco seasoning mix
8 oztomato sauce
1 1/2 ctaco sauce
·mexican cheese blend
1 can(s)(small) green chilis, drained
How to Make Taco Meatballs
- Crumble corn bread into large bowl. Add taco seasoning, 1/2 cup taco sauce, green chilis and ground beef. Mix well.
- Roll into meatballs. I made 26 large meatballs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
- Mix tomato sauce and 1 cup taco sauce. Add more taco sauce for a little more flavor if desired. Pour over meatballs. Bake for another 20-5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
