Make this a lot for my family and they love it. Its quick, easy and doesn't cost a lot. The quantity of this recipe feeds my family of 4 with some left over.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cans corn with juice
- 2 cans pinto beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can rotel with juice
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 package dry ranch dressing
- - shredded cheese (optional)
- - sour cream (optional)
- - crackers (optional)

Step 1Brown your ground beef and drain

Step 2In large pot combine meat, corn with juice, rotel with juice, diced tomatoes with juice, pinto beans, dry ranch, and taco seasoning.

Step 3Stir all together and let simmer until heated through. Serve topped with cheese and sour cream if you like.
