- 1 large bell pepper (green ,red, yellow ) make it colorful
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 package lg. yellow rice
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1/2 jar green olives
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1IN FRYING PAN PUT OLIVE OIL IN ,MED HEAT HAVE YOUR PEPPERS SLICED UP IN STRIPS ,AND ONIONS IN STRIPS . PUT IN STEAK .THEN AS COOKING STIR IN PEPPERS AND ONIONS . ADD SALT ,PEPPER ,GARLIC POWDER,TO TASTE .THEN SPRINKLE ON THE TACO SEASONING . SAUTE TILL STEAK IS COOKED ,AND VEGGIES ARE STILL A LITTLE CRISP.

Step 2IN A RICE PAN ,MAKE THE YELLOW RICE AS DIRECTED WITH OLIVE OIL. HALF WAY COOKED ADD KIDNEY BEANS , AND OLIVES ADD SOME ADOBO ( IF YOU WISH)STIR IT FINISH COOKING TILL RICE IS DONE .
