1 1/2 lbcube steaks
1 can(s)tomato sauce 8 oz
1 can(s)stewed or diced tomatoes 14 oz.
1/2 pkglipton onion soup mix
How to Make Swiss Cubed Steak Crockpot
- Pour both cans of tomatoes on top.
Then sprinkle your fresh garlic or garlic powder, pepper and Lipton Onion soup mix on top of that. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low.
When you are ready to dish up, you may want to drain the meat and take the juice with 1 tsp. of cornstarch and heat up in a pan to make a thicker gravy, then add meat back to the pan.
- Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes. No salt needed to this dish.
