sweet and sour meatballs
This recipe works well in the slow cooker too... You can add pineapple to change it up a little as well.

Ingredients
- 2 cans 14 oz.cranberry sauce
- 1 bottle 400 ml hp sauce original
- 1 bottle 400 ml hp sauce fruity
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 can pineapple tidbits, optional
- MEATBALLS:
- 2 pounds ground lean ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 teaspoons dill, dried
- 1 cup bread crumbs, fine dry
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make sweet and sour meatballs

Step 1Sauce: Mix all ingredients together in a pot heat until brown sugar is disolved. Set aside.

Step 2Mix all ingredients until well combined, form into 1 inch meatballs.

Step 3Put a few meatballs at a time in frying pan, brown well.

Step 4Transfer to Casserole dish and pour sauce over the meatballs and bake in oven for an hour and a half. Serve over rice...Enjoy
