Found this on FB but researched it and found that it originated from food.com and was submitted by Shawn C and the picture is from Maggie.
Thought I would share this for anyone that wants an easy meal that is hot and comforting. It is also very easy to change it and make your own. Add veggies or thicken the sauce. Would love to hear your changes if you try this! I kept the recipe as it was written. This is on my list to make soon! Yum! ( For those who watch their sodium intake, this has a lot of salt )

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lb
    chuck roast
  • 1
    (1 1/4 ounce) envelope lipton onion mushroom dry soup mix
  • 1
    (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1
    (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1
    beef bouillon cube

How to Make Super Simple Pot Roast

Step-by-Step

  1. Place soups in crock pot and whisk together.

    Add remaining ingredients to crock pot.

    Cover and turn on high for 6-8 hours.


    Serve with rice or potatoes.
