Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef chuck roast boneless
- 2 cups dry red wine divided
- 2 cups beef broth divided
- 1 package knorr beef bouillon
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic minced
How To Make succulent roast beef

Step 1Marinate the beef overnight in one cup red wine, one cup beef broth, and garlic cloves.

Step 2Preheat oven 450 degrees. Place roast in roaster pan with marinate and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 275 degrees cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.

Step 3Remove roast from drippings. Place dripping in sauce pan adding the other cup of red wine and beef broth. Add beef bouillon. Bring to a boil and reduce by half. Stir in butter and serve over meat.
