How to Make Succulent Roast Beef
- Marinate the beef overnight in one cup red wine, one cup beef broth, and garlic cloves.
- Preheat oven 450 degrees. Place roast in roaster pan with marinate and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 275 degrees cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Remove roast from drippings. Place dripping in sauce pan adding the other cup of red wine and beef broth. Add beef bouillon. Bring to a boil and reduce by half. Stir in butter and serve over meat.
