Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • ·
    salt/pepper
  • 4 large
    red peppers
  • 1/2 c
    white wine
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 sprig(s)
    cilantro

How to Make Stuffed Red Peppers

Step-by-Step

  1. cut peppers in half, discard inner seeds.
  2. In a large bowl,combine the ground beef with all the dry ingredients.
  3. stuff the pepper halves with the meat mixture...in a large skillet ,put the tomato sauce,white wine, cilantro and olive oil.
  4. add the stuffed peppers and simmer covered about 30 minutes...serve over white rice....yummy
