- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- - salt/pepper
- 4 large red peppers
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 sprig cilantro
How To Make stuffed red peppers

Step 1cut peppers in half, discard inner seeds.

Step 2In a large bowl,combine the ground beef with all the dry ingredients.

Step 3stuff the pepper halves with the meat mixture...in a large skillet ,put the tomato sauce,white wine, cilantro and olive oil.

Step 4add the stuffed peppers and simmer covered about 30 minutes...serve over white rice....yummy
