1 lbground beef
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbsponion powder
1 Tbsporegano, dried
4 largered peppers
1/2 cwhite wine
1 Tbspolive oil
2 can(s)tomato sauce
How to Make Stuffed Red Peppers
- cut peppers in half, discard inner seeds.
- In a large bowl,combine the ground beef with all the dry ingredients.
- stuff the pepper halves with the meat mixture...in a large skillet ,put the tomato sauce,white wine, cilantro and olive oil.
- add the stuffed peppers and simmer covered about 30 minutes...serve over white rice....yummy
