Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion minced
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup bread crumbs ( i used italian for extra flavoring)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup paesley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 5 - peices of bacon (partly cooked)
- 4 - string cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- - dash of worcestershire sauce
How To Make stuffed meat loaf

Step 1Preheat oven 350.

Step 2In large bowl add all ingredients except bacon and string cheese. mix together with clean hands.

Step 3Fill loaf pan half way, layer bacon across then slice string cheese in half length wise and layer cheese over bacon. Add the rest of the meat to loaf pan.

Step 4In A second bowl mix ingredients for glaze

Step 5cover the tops of the loaf with the glaze. Bake for 1 hour and check, it will vary oven to oven
