Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion minced
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup bread crumbs ( i used italian for extra flavoring)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup paesley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 - eggs beaten
  • 5 - peices of bacon (partly cooked)
  • 4 - string cheese
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • - dash of worcestershire sauce

How To Make stuffed meat loaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350.
  • Step 2
    In large bowl add all ingredients except bacon and string cheese. mix together with clean hands.
  • Step 3
    Fill loaf pan half way, layer bacon across then slice string cheese in half length wise and layer cheese over bacon. Add the rest of the meat to loaf pan.
  • Step 4
    In A second bowl mix ingredients for glaze
  • Step 5
    cover the tops of the loaf with the glaze. Bake for 1 hour and check, it will vary oven to oven
