- 1 pound beef for tacos
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 large onion, diced small
- bunch cilantro, diced
- 3 - limes
- - corn tortillas
- 1 can ranchera salsa
How To Make street tacos

Step 1Heat up oil and brown your diced beef seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and garlic powder. I squeeze one of the limes while cooking all over meat add to the flavor.

Step 2While meat is cooking, dice up your toppings - onions, cilantro, and limes.

Step 3Then put together the tacos. Warm up tortillas on comal (or in a skillet). Add your meat and toppings. I always add some ranchera salsa.
