These street tacos are great with rice and beans or just by themselves. Add your favorite salsa weather it's green or red! Very tasty.

Ingredients

    beef for tacos
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 large
    onion, diced small
  • bunch
    cilantro, diced
  • 3
    limes
  • ·
    corn tortillas
  • 1 can(s)
    ranchera salsa

How to Make Street Tacos

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat up oil and brown your diced beef seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and garlic powder. I squeeze one of the limes while cooking all over meat add to the flavor.
  2. While meat is cooking, dice up your toppings - onions, cilantro, and limes.
  3. Then put together the tacos. Warm up tortillas on comal (or in a skillet). Add your meat and toppings. I always add some ranchera salsa.
