Ingredients

  • 2 pounds round steaks, pounded thin
  • 2 - onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • - salt and garlic powder to taste
  • 1 can (16 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 package (12 ounce) medium noodles, cooked

How To Make steak and noodles

  • Step 1
    Saute onions in oil.
  • Step 2
    Cut steaks into halves, if large. Season with salt and garlic powder on both sides of steak. Brown on both sides on medium heat.
  • Step 3
    Cover and cook for 1-1 1/4 hour on low heat or until tender.
  • Step 4
    Ten minutes before it's done, pour tomato sauce over meat.
  • Step 5
    Serve over noodles.
