Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    round steaks, pounded thin
  • 2
    onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • ·
    salt and garlic powder to taste
  • 1 can(s)
    (16 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    (12 ounce) medium noodles, cooked

How to Make Steak and Noodles

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute onions in oil.
  2. Cut steaks into halves, if large.
    Season with salt and garlic powder on both sides of steak.
    Brown on both sides on medium heat.
  3. Cover and cook for 1-1 1/4 hour on low heat or until tender.
  4. Ten minutes before it's done, pour tomato sauce over meat.
  5. Serve over noodles.
