Steak and Mushroom Gravy

Crystal ~

In my opinion, round steaks do not have much flavor compared to other steaks. This recipe is great way to use a not-so-flavorful round steak, and turn it into a delicious tasting steak. I have used other cuts of steaks to make this recipe that are just as delicious.
