1In a large skillet, brown beef until no longer pink. Do not drain.
2To the cooked meat in the skillet, add butter or oil , garlic, seasonings, and diced vegetables. Cook until veggies are tender.
3Once veggies are cooked, add flour to the skillet and blend as best you can, cooking and stirring for about a minute. Pour in beef stock, stirring until blended with the flour. Simmer on low until thickened (about 30 minutes)
