Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup minced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 can refried beans
  • 1 package dry taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make speedy bean & taco crescent ring

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    In a nonstick pan, brown ground beef and peppers, stirring to break up, until cooked on medium heat.
  • Step 3
    Add dry taco seasoning mix and 1/3 cup water. Stir and turn heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Step 4
    Unroll crescent rolls and separate into individual triangles, laying in a star pattern, overlapping edges, with points outward, using both cans, placing on baking sheet.
  • Step 5
    Spread beans onto inner portion of crescent rolls. Top with half of the cheese. Spread with the meat and top with the other half of cheese.
  • Step 6
    Bring up points of dough over meat and tuck in bottom. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until done. Slice and serve.
