spaghetti and meatballs part 1 (meatballs)
I use these meatballs in my spaghetti & meatballs and also on meatball subs. I normally cook them using the baking method as it is much easier and less messy. I can do other things while they bake.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- - pepper to taste

Step 1Mix all ingredients very well.

Step 2Form into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Cook one of 2 ways:

Step 3In skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Cook meatball a few at a time, turning gently to brown all side until done through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.

Step 4or second method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meatballs in a baking pan in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes to 1 hour until done. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towel lined plate.
