I use these meatballs in my spaghetti & meatballs and also on meatball subs.
I normally cook them using the baking method as it is much easier and less messy. I can do other things while they bake.

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    pepper to taste

How to Make Spaghetti and Meatballs part 1 (Meatballs)


  1. Mix all ingredients very well.
  2. Form into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Cook one of 2 ways:
  3. In skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Cook meatball a few at a time, turning gently to brown all side until done through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
  4. or second method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meatballs in a baking pan in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes to 1 hour until done. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towel lined plate.
