Smothered Venison Steak (can use Beef)
3 lbvenison or beef steaks, can use round or flank
3 can(s)campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 clovecrushed garlic
1 tsppepper, optional
1 smallonion sliced
1 boxmushrooms halved
2-3 Tbspoliv oil as needed
How to Make Smothered Venison Steak (can use Beef)
- Preheat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the meat quickly and layer in crock pot.
- Saute onion just till it is slightly brown and place in crockpot (optional)
- Saute mushrooms just till they get a bit of color on them and place them in the crockpot. Sprinkle garlic over this and sprinkle with pepper as desired.
