Ingredients
- - 4 1bs. beef short ribs, trimmed of fat
- - 1 large jalapeno, diced (leave seeds in for heat)
- - 5 large leeks, cut into 2-inch pieces
- - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- - 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- - 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- - 1 cup broth or water
How To Make slow cooker spicy beef and leeks

Step 1Brown ribs in skillet over medium high heat. Remove and place in slow cooker. Add hot pepper, leeks, thyme, and garlic.

Step 2Drain fat from skillet and add stock or water and gravy mix, stirring well. Pour over ribs.

Step 3Cook on low 8 hours or until ribs are tender.
