Slow Cooker Crock Pot

2 lb
lean beef roast
1 large
onion, chopped
4 clove
2 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
16 oz
tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
lime juice

How to Make Slow Cooker Shredded Beef


  • 1Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • 2Remove meat from slow cooker and shred. Return shredded beef to crock pot and cook 30 additional minutes.
  • 3To freeze: Place all ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag and freeze. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, dump into crock pot, and cook on low for 6 hours. Continue with step 2.
