3lbbeef roast
-
1 bagshortcut carrots
-
5potatoes peeled & cut into cubes

1 pkgdry italian dressing
-
1 pkgdry ranch dressing
-
1 pkgdry brown gravy
-
1/2 cwater
How To Make slow cooker roast beef

1Put the potatoes & carrots into the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the roast on top of potatoes & carrots.

2With a whisk mix all three packages of dressings & gravy with the 1/2 cup of water, pour over the roast.

3Cook the roast in the slow cooker 6-8 hours on low or on high for 5-6 hours.
