My son loves Dr Pepper so when I found this recipe I thought he'll like it. But it turned out that we all loved it, especially me not just for how delicious it is, but also how easy it is to make.

Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds beef roast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce (your favorite)
- - salt and pepper
- 1 cup beef broth or water and bouillon
- 1 cup dr pepper
- 1 tablespoon starch
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make slow cooker dr pepper roast beef

Step 1In a skillet over medium high heat add the olive oil and sear the meat on all sides. You can skip this step if you like.

Step 2Transfer the meat and the pan juices to the slow cooker and add the next 5 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4.

Step 315 minutes before serving stir the starch into the water and pour in the slow cooker, stir and cover. Let it simmer on the high setting for those 15 minutes for the sauce to thicken.
